About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Telstra. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Telstra's products and services to provide tailored solutions to customers

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
