Position Summary
We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to enhance our team in Geelong. This role is crucial in overseeing the financial, administrative, and clerical operations of the Accounts Receivable department. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective processing and collection of patient accounts and claims while guiding a team towards achieving financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Processing: Supervise daily reconciliation of payments and guarantee the accurate processing of all financial transactions, including various payment methods.
- Billing and Invoicing: Oversee daily billing activities, manage invoicing, and ensure timely follow-up on accounts.
- Aged Debtors Management: Analyze collection reports and manage the collection processes for diverse debtor groups in alignment with financial protocols.
- Adjustments and Refunds: Evaluate and oversee refunds, manage the Refund Register, and resolve refund-related issues promptly.
- Reporting: Generate daily receipts reports, provide bank reconciliation details, and prepare monthly Key Result Areas Reports.
- Customer Service: Assist staff and management with billing inquiries and address customer concerns effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
This position is integral to the financial health of Lake Imaging, and your expertise will support our operational success.
