Job Overview:

We are seeking a Medical Records Team Leader to manage and lead the Health Informatics Clerical Team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and fostering team performance.

The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to the team, ensure all tasks align with organisational objectives and internal review processes, and have a working knowledge of relevant regulations relating to the release of patient information.

A qualification in Business Administration is highly regarded, but not essential. Experience in an administrative or clerical setting, preferably in healthcare, is required. Demonstrated ability in leading, coaching and motivating high performing teams is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail. They will be able to contribute to continuous improvement activities and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
