Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior executive to lead our Facilities Services Branch as an integral part of the Senior Leadership team.

This role requires working closely with the Executive, SES colleagues, external and internal partners and stakeholders to lead and inspire teams to deliver outcomes and champion our Organisation's values and leadership behaviours.

  • Providing timely and influential information to our Executive is essential in achieving enterprise service delivery and advisory outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will achieve:

  • Strategic investment advice and planning for our accommodation portfolio.
  • Innovation and strategic uplift in our property program to drive efficiency and deliver outcomes.
  • Negotiating and managing commercial contracts and leases with government and commercial entities to meet current and future requirements.
