Job Title: Wholesale Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Wholesale Operations Director to lead our team and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will oversee a team of six, including sales coordinators and customer service representatives.

  • Lead and mentor a team across sales coordination and customer service, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Support the sales team to manage key wholesale accounts and build strong client partnerships, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and end-to-end customer experience, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with licensing, product, and logistics teams to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing wholesale operations, preferably within licensing or general merchandise markets.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on management style, inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a commercial and strategic mindset, able to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
