About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Manager Regulatory Change to join our team at IAG. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our regulatory change processes and providing strategic advice to the Board and senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on regulatory change and ensure that our change processes are robust and effective.
  • Oversee the review and challenge of Line 1's implementation of regulatory change and provide oversight over the regulatory change portfolio.
  • Drive continuous process improvement of IAG's management and delivery of regulatory changes.
  • Lead complex projects and change initiatives, leveraging your expertise in risk and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board, senior management, and external partners.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in compliance and regulatory change. You will have a proven track record of leading complex projects and change initiatives, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory requirements.

You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. You will also be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
