Compliance Manager Regulatory Change

As a Compliance Manager Regulatory Change at IAG, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our regulatory change processes. You will provide strategic advice on change, change process, and integrity of changes, and oversee the review and challenge of Line 1's implementation of regulatory change.

With extensive experience in leading risk and/or compliance functions within financial services, you will be able to engage and influence at the Executive Manager and Executive General Manager level. Your leadership skills will be essential in driving the continuous process improvement of IAG's management and delivery of regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic advice on change, change process, and integrity of changes
  • Overseeing the review and challenge of Line 1's implementation of regulatory change
  • Driving the continuous process improvement of IAG's management and delivery of regulatory changes

As a Compliance and Regulatory Change Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading risk and/or compliance functions within financial services
  • Engaging and influencing at the Executive Manager and Executive General Manager level
  • Driving the continuous process improvement of IAG's management and delivery of regulatory changes
