Facilities Operations Manager

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities services, including managing client activities and maintaining a property in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage facilities services to meet client needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and tenants.
- Oversee work teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Perform scheduled tasks, conduct site inspections, and minor repairs.
- Deliver performance reports, identify service gaps, and recommend improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage building operations independently. You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
