A vital role exists for a skilled nurse to join our team at an urgent care facility. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop effective care plans.
- Work collaboratively with medical practitioners to provide comprehensive care to patients requiring emergency attention or health deterioration.
- Utilize your strong communication skills to educate patients on health-related topics and support them in achieving their desired clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Current registration as a nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in triage, preferably in an emergency department.
- Ability to work autonomously and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
