Senior Civil Engineer – Urban

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage various civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This role involves overseeing project planning, design deliverables, and client liaison.

The successful candidate will work closely with other engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Manage project resources, designs, and timelines.
  • Interact with clients and project teams to agree on deliverables and manage resources effectively.
Requirements
  • A minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Have (or close to) Chartered professional engineer status / Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) qualified with 5 to 10 years experience working as a civil engineer.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil design, pavements, and earthworks for various development sites.
  • Strong technical skills, from first principles to using software.
  • Proficient in utilising Australian Standards relevant to Civil Design.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor young engineers.
