Hosting Excellence at a Luxury Bar

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage seating plans and table rotations with precision, guaranteeing a seamless dining experience.
  • Welcome guests warmly and seat them according to the established plan, providing a sense of comfort and hospitality.
  • Distribute reservations effectively among servers, keeping them informed about all necessary details.
  • Ensure the host desk is always fully stocked with clean menus and wine lists, maintaining a high level of presentation and organization.
  • Complete thorough checklists before each service and at the conclusion of the shift, upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sound knowledge of our extensive menu offerings and wine list, showcasing expertise and confidence when interacting with guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining composure and poise.
  • A high level of motivation, paired with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be highly beneficial, but not essential – we're looking for individuals who embody the qualities mentioned above and are eager to grow and develop their skills.
