Fine Dining Host/Hostess

Lead the front of house team at our luxurious restaurant and bar, providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Fine Dining Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address guest enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of knowledge on menu offerings, wine list, and special promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure smooth table service.
  • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a fine dining restaurant or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
