About Sky Bar Host Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled host to join our team at a renowned hotel in Sydney's Central Business District.

Located in the heart of the city, our hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences, and event spaces. The hotel offers over 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space, featuring two spacious ballrooms with harbour views and 22 additional meeting rooms.

The Role

As a host in our award-winning Zephyr Sky Bar, you will play a key role in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution. Our ideal candidate has a friendly personality who creates first and last impressions for guests. They have a passion for the hospitality industry and enjoy fast-paced, vibrant environments.

  • Seat guests, offer menus, and suggest cocktails/food.
  • Have previous customer service and bar experience in a similar environment.
  • Acquire strong problem-solving skills.
  • Provide professional customer service-friendly personality.
  • Coordinate department operations to ensure service standards are met.
