We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our construction team and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale residential developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage various stages of project delivery, establishing procedures for cost control, procurement, design resolution, and coordination of trades across our developments.
  • Work with the project manager to manage trade packages, attend site meetings, complete tenders, and monitor subcontractor performance.
  • Support the project manager and other employees on the project in undertaking their responsibilities and highlight any issues that would have significant implications on time, cost, and safety.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Building and Construction (or similar).
  • 5-7 years' experience in a comparable role within the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage external consultants and subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
