Job Title: Digital Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Digital Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth implementation of digital media plans, ad trafficking, and ad management of all online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret digital media plans and instructions to guarantee seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to set up and create campaigns.
  • Manage creative assets efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality creative materials in a timely manner while adhering to publisher specifications and brand policies.
  • Ensure accuracy of work before submission to client teams or publishers.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to tracking pixels, delivery discrepancies, or creative problems.
  • Create audience lists and configure site tags.
  • Provide general support for platform-related technical issues.
