We are seeking a skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our digital projects.

Job Summary:

The Digital Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to our digital teams, including triaging tickets, coordinating with customer service departments and technical engineers, and assisting with troubleshooting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triaging and prioritizing tickets in our helpdesk system
  • Liaising between customer service departments and technical engineers to resolve issues
  • Assisting with troubleshooting tasks to identify root causes of problems
  • Providing administrative support to our digital teams

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in Jira, Confluence, and O365, as well as exposure in a fast-paced helpdesk environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a desire to learn and grow within our organization.
