Plant Maintenance Operator

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance professional to join our team at the Northern Tasmania Materials Recovery Facility in Spreyton, TAS. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our Resource Recovery unit. Standard hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Ensuring safe and continuous operation of the MRF in accordance with Veolia Asset Management System maintenance scheduling and company policies
- Completing scheduled plant inspections
- Performing adjustments to plant and equipment
- Preventative cleaning of equipment
- Fabrication repairs and improvements
- Scheduled and ad hoc replacement of parts and equipment
- Maintaining spare parts inventory
- Managing procurement in line with corporate governance
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Experience in maintaining process plant and equipment or similar
- Valid Forklift Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
