**Your new role**:
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the first 3-year-old Early Learning Program in Tasmania.
Based Davenport, you will enjoy a part-time role that combines on the floor time as dedicated non-contact time to support the program.
This brand-new program will operate Monday to Wednesday, and you will l support a team focused on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections and teaching values that reflect the community - kindness, reliance and teamwork.
You will be well supported to succeed in your new role and have opportunities to grow and develop as part of the Tasmanian Early Learning team. A Service Leader/ECT will lead the program and support you to be part of the team of like minded professionals.

**Your skills and experience**:
You’re a skilled Diploma Qualified Educator with a track record supporting early learning programs
You will also bring with you:
- Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
