About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at an automated distribution centre in Redbank Plains, AU. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating truck movements, creating pick slips, and managing pallet transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and allocate truck movements to ensure timely stock readiness.
  • Create pick slips, dispatch advice, and manage pallet transfers to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and timely deliveries.
  • Communicate with interstate and external providers to manage bookings and optimize fleet utilization.
  • Monitor fleet drivers and maintain daily reports for timely service deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Rostering and management of fleet drivers to maximize efficiency.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in dispatching and transport, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong administrative and general warehousing background, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including phone and email communication.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, with a positive attitude and focus on hitting KPIs.
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license, with a passport or birth certificate for identification.
  • Two professional references, with the ability to pass an Australian police check.
