Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  2. Expertise in collaborative platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  3. Robust problem-solving skills with a proven track record of effective support and troubleshooting.
  4. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance in digital workplaces.
