
Director of Workplace Transformation

This role involves leading workplace transformation change initiatives to drive business outcomes and employee experience. As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management framework that supports office lease transitions, relocations, and workplace improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure seamless execution of workplace transformation projects.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align the change initiative with business objectives, ensuring cost efficiency and employee wellbeing.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across executives, staff, landlords, and vendors to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Design and execute communication and engagement activities, including FAQs, guides, town halls, and move readiness sessions.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to support the adoption of new workplace models, amenities, and technologies.
- Mentor and guide site-level change teams to ensure consistency across locations.
- Provide regular reporting on readiness, risks, issues, and adoption progress to executives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record in workplace transformation, office relocations, or property lease transitions.
- Experience delivering end-to-end relocation or workplace change programs.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and site-delivery levels – comfortable presenting to executives while also rolling up sleeves to support staff on the ground.
- Strong background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance business cost efficiency with employee experience and wellbeing.
- Change management certification (e.g. PROSCI) desirable.
