Job Title: Educational Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Educational Lead in our centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators to develop and implement a high-quality program for children, ensuring their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs are met.

  • Developing and implementing curriculum plans that meet State-specific Kindergarten guidelines.
  • Supervising and guiding a team of educators to ensure best practice in childcare.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including observations, planning, and evaluation.
  • Liaising with families to provide regular updates on their child's progress and development.
  • Ensuring the centre's policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent qualification.

Skills:

  • Reflective, questioning, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
