Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to provide high-quality early childhood education and care. Our centre offers a nurturing environment for up to 108 children, with natural play spaces and abundant age-appropriate resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design engaging programs and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Support school readiness and help children grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners.
  • Develop an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels seen and supported.
  • Build strong connections with families and the community.
  • Inspire a lifelong love of learning and lay the foundation for future success.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Professional presence and warm approach.
  • Natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the community.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Kindergarten programs with heart and intention.
  • Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting.
