Job Description:

We are seeking an Educational Leader to join our team and collaborate with educators in shaping high-quality educational programs for children. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in leading transformative changes and championing excellence in educational practice.

  • Lead the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check.
