Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our St Agnes location. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of work orders and stock movements in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Preparation and Shipping
    • Prepare orders for shipment, including picking and packing for both local and overseas dispatch
  • Inventory Management
    • Verify and maintain records of outgoing goods
    • Liaise with the Production Supervisor regarding inventory management for both stock on hand and key order requirements
  • Warehouse Operations
    • Participate in stock takes and assist with cycle counts when required
    • Stores activity, including loading/unloading truck movements and warehouse storage

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Logistics Experience
    • Similar experience gained in a stores/warehouse role
  • Technical Skills
    • Intermediate PC and Excel skills
  • Valid FLT Licence
