**RETAIL SUPPORT CENTRE**

The Retail Support Centre is based in St Kilda, with access to public transport and a short walk away from Acland Street. Blue Illusions company culture is focused on community and relationships; nurturing employees to grow and develop within the business. **KNOW THE ROLE**

The Support Analyst will work within the IT team to provide effective IT system support to users across all Blue Illusion locations.

The Blue Illusion IT team is small, and has the opportunity to support all departments in the business, getting exposure on on-going projects.

Having strong communication skills is a key attribute for this role. The IT Support Analyst will liaise with retail, warehouse and Retail Support Centre employees as well as coordinating and updating the Service Desk documentation and training material.
- Tertiary qualification ideally in Computer Science, Information Science or Solutions Architecture.
- 2 years relevant industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
