Claims Management Expert Wanted
">Job Description:">We are seeking an experienced Claims Management Expert to manage a portfolio of complex claims and deliver high-quality services to clients.
">Responsibilities include managing claims efficiently, working collaboratively with clients and the broader team to produce cost-effective outcomes, and providing end-to-end claims management services.
">Requirements:">- Extensive knowledge and experience in insurance claims management, particularly in Workers Compensation and claims.
- Strong interpretation skills to make liability decisions based on relevant acts and regulations.
- Excellent communication, personable, and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to plan and work independently, prioritizing workloads effectively.
- Self-motivation and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to influence positive outcomes.
