Key Role:

A Strategic Acquisitions Leader is required to drive high-value contracts and ensure performance, compliance, and strategic alignment with project goals within the Defence capability.

About the Position:

  • Develop and execute Contract Management Plans, tools, and processes to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of contract obligations.
  • Represent Commonwealth interests in key contract meetings and reviews.
  • Manage contract deliverables, milestone certifications, and change proposals.
  • Support resolution of contractual issues, claims, and disputes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
  • In some cases, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary.
