Asset Protection Admin Permit Officer

Public Sector People (PSP) are working with council in the Eastern suburbs of Victoria to recruit an Asset Protection Administration Officer for a 2-month temporary contract.
Location: Eastern Victoria – approximately 100km east of Melbourne
Hours: 38 hours per week (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Contract: ASAP start – 2 months
Rate: $45 per hour plus super
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for all asset protection enquiries and bookings
- Process asset protection permit applications efficiently and accurately
- Handle public counter enquiries when they arise
- Manage the bond refund process, liaising between applicants and the Finance Department
- Organise meetings and take minutes as required
- Previous local council experience
- Strong administrative skills and proven customer service ability
- Experience using TechOne will be highly regarded
- Willingness to undergo a police check
