Senior Accountant/Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to join our team at MWM, a leading mid-tier advisory firm on the Gold Coast.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a public practice environment, with CA/CPA/IPA qualification or working towards it. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to assess priorities and drive projects to completion.

MWM is a service-oriented commercial advisory and accountancy firm that prioritizes delivering exceptional service to a wide range of clients. Our team mentality is collaborative, and we thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you will manage relationships with clients and external bodies, providing tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and business planning services. You will also enjoy plenty of interaction with clients and colleagues, both in person and over the phone.

  • Manage client relationships and provide expert accounting services.
  • Deliver tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and business planning services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

MWM offers an attractive remuneration package, including unlimited personal and professional development costs reimbursement, $4,000 study allowance per year, and 5 weeks annual leave after 3 years of service.
