Account Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to fill the role of Account Manager. As the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, this individual will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
This key position involves managing client relationships across the product lifecycle, facilitating cross-functional communication, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables. Additionally, this role requires providing accurate quoting, pricing updates, and product information, as well as ensuring timely order processing and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or customer service, preferably in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG manufacturing
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of regulatory requirements is a significant advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
