About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sous Chef with previous experience as a senior chef in a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant. You will be hands-on, managing and motivating your team, while liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Your advanced time management, organizational, and task delegation skills will ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

  • You must have experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end volume operation.
  • Expert knowledge of Asian cuisine is essential.
  • Ability to maintain quality, standards, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
