Job Description

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of Group Fitness, Gym Floor, and Personal Training, ensuring our members receive exceptional service.

  • Coordinate and manage Group Fitness classes, ensuring a diverse and engaging schedule.
  • Oversee gym floor operations, including equipment maintenance and member safety.
  • Supervise and support Personal Trainers, fostering their professional development and delivering high-quality services.
  • Enhance member satisfaction through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a fitness leadership or supervisory position.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Strong supervision and people leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High-level computer literacy and administration skills.
  • Initiative, motivation, and enthusiasm for delivering results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, members, and stakeholders.
  • Able to foster teamwork and collaboration within the team.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certification in fitness instruction or personal training (e.g., Certificate III and IV in Fitness).
