SAP Delivery Excellence Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Excellence Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of SAP services.

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in a delivery or support management role.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP operations, stakeholder engagement, and service excellence. They will be able to manage and govern daily operations of SAP BAU support, ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate between teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading regular status meetings, governance reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Escalating critical issues appropriately and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintaining resource utilization and workload balancing across modules and support streams.
  • Driving improvements in processes, documentation, and knowledge management.
