Senior SAP Delivery Lead

Objective:

Seeking an experienced SAP program manager to lead daily operations of BAU support, manage incident management, track performance metrics and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SAP BAU support operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Connect with senior client stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in domain, process, and technology.
  • Ability to lead proposals, presentations, and value-creating strategies for clients.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP, including 5 years in delivery or support management.
  • Proven track record in managing SAP support operations in onsite-offshore models.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Experience working in multi-vendor and multi-geography delivery environments.
