Our organization is a prominent SAP Platinum Partner with offices across Australia. We are recognized as leaders in our area of SAP expertise. Our team delivers fit-for-purpose SAP solutions, and our services range from greenfield and brownfield implementations to ongoing AMS services and support.

Project management is a key function for the business to execute and deliver SAP solutions projects across diverse industries. You will contribute to our practice's business strategy and direction, ensuring objectives and business goals are met. Your experience in delivering IT projects in SME environments will be valuable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects, including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to customers
  • Direct all relevant project consultants to meet customer expectations and agreed deliverables
  • Manage effective document control systems, including handovers, administration, documentation, customer support, and project closures
  • Facilitate internal project progress reporting and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Liaise with BPOs to negotiate contractual requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven project management experience with at least five years in delivering medium-scale, complex IT projects
  • SAP experience is required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large projects, perform project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Experience working with productivity tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interact with stakeholders
  • Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate, and mentor project personnel
