Sales and Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at our Rockhampton store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales, and supporting the management team with stock organization and visual merchandising.
As a Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team that is passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience. You will be responsible for:
- Providing a genuine and unique experience for every customer
- Working collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
- Assisting with stock management and processing
- Assisting with the set up of store promotions and visual merchandising
- Minimizing stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

- Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect and sell to our customers
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Value integrity and doing things the right way
- Enjoy working with a team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Be 'solutions-focused' when faced with problems
- Awareness of loss prevention, health and safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.
