About the RoleAs a Psychologist, you will be working under different service pathways, including the NDIS and private sector. You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team and an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychological practice using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT
- Administer full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments
- Develop skills in administering assessments and work with applicable clients
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- Ability to become registered with AHPRA in a Registrar program – e.g., clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
- For endorsed positions: registration with AHPRA with endorsement in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
- Resources for staff to work from home
- Client allocation close to home
- Ownership of own calendar
- Suburban office locations with free onsite parking
- The ability to work part-time or reduced hours
