Water Management Specialist Opportunity in the Hunter Valley

We are seeking a skilled Water Management Specialist to join our Agriculture and Domestic Division in Tamworth, NSW. As a Water Management Specialist, you will be responsible for daily water management works and projects for Agricultural and Domestic Customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position offering a negotiable salary of $80k-$120k + superannuation. You will have access to a company car and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair and maintenance of pumps or irrigation systems
  • Completion of service reports following each job
  • Attendance at pre-starts meetings and tool box talks
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained in your vehicle and unused stock returned to the branch
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Certificate 3 in Irrigation or Trade Qualification in Fitter Machining, Electrical or Plumbing (favourable but not essential)
  • Current driver's license
  • Electrical Connect and Disconnect ticket (favourable)
  • Confined Spaces (favourable)
  • A minimum of three years pump repair and irrigation installation experience
  • A sound knowledge of a variety of pump types
  • The ability to diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions
  • Demonstrated experience installing and repairing various types of Irrigation systems
  • Proven track record as an effective and enthusiastic team player
  • Strong passion for superior customer service delivery
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong safety focus and the ability to follow policy and procedure
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
