Contract and Risk Management Specialist

A key role in ABB Australia's Electrification Business, this position involves managing contracts and mitigating risks to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring alignment with Legal & Integrity and ABB policy requirements.
  • Work closely with internal sales and account teams to ensure effective contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract negotiations and management, preferably in the engineering or technology industry.
  • Professional certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) are a plus.
