Portfolio Lead, Shopping Centres

Take a lead in managing a portfolio of vibrant neighbourhood shopping centres with a well-established, supportive, and collaborative team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Retail Manager looking to advance their career or an existing Centre Manager seeking further development with a business that invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders.
  • Ensure high standards in presentation, safety, and customer service for shopping centre operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in shopping centre operations, preferably as a Centre Manager or Retail Manager.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, rent reviews, and outgoings.
  • New South Wales Real Estate Certificate of Registration (required).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Driver's Licence (for travel to other centres).
