Leadership Opportunity

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a national team of analysts specialising in commercial property finance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality credit submissions
  • Overseeing workflow management and coaching team members
  • Approving team deals with delegation limits up to $10 million while assessing counterparty risk
  • Managing team performance and identifying training needs

You will work closely with sales teams, central risk teams, and downstream loan documentation and settlement functions to deliver tailored credit solutions to clients.
