Veterinary Technical ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Veterinary Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of pet nutrition and care.
Responsibilities:- Lead Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs for veterinarians, their staff, pet retailers, and pet owners to enhance knowledge and resources for success.
- Advocate for Our Brand: Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and universities to promote our brand and products.
- Train Sales Teams: Equip sales and marketing teams with the necessary skills to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
- Support Veterinarians: Collaborate with veterinarians and their teams through our consumer engagement team to provide case management support.
- Create Informative Materials: Design and develop materials that explain pet health issues and promote our products.
- Qualifications: Must be qualified and registered to practice veterinary medicine in Australia.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of veterinary practice experience and 2 years in a technical veterinary or commercial sales role.
- Skillset: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Influence and Negotiation: Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills and a collaborative leadership style that drives team success.
- Relationship Building: High-level relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the Pet Specialty and Veterinary Channel.
