Site Operations Manager

With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager – and Senior Site Supervisors will also be considered.

About the Role:

  • Manage site operations across a range of projects in line with program and cost parameters.
  • Ensure trades operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations.
  • Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements.
  • Use our project management system to capture and report on site operations.
  • Undertake regular health and safety reviews.
  • Run daily pre-start meetings.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issues.
  • Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on site.

About You:

  • A genuine passion for the Construction industry and a focus on safety.
  • Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
  • An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies.
  • A strong track record of safe and high-quality delivery of construction projects.
  • Experience across a range of project types and industries.
  • Ability to manage and influence construction teams, subcontractors and consultants.
  • A collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork.
