Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team in Canberra. This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week.

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive team performance.
  • Create succession plans for your team members to ensure their growth and progression.
  • Oversee Visual Merchandising and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Understand and manage stock levels, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Analyse reports to inform commercial decisions and drive business outcomes.
