We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our store team as a Store Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail leadership, with experience in motivating and guiding teams to achieve sales targets. They will be responsible for managing daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention. A strong focus on customer service is essential, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

  1. Inspire and mentor a diverse team of footwear enthusiasts to reach set KPIs and sales targets.
  2. Closely monitor store sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective strategies to drive growth.
  3. Ensure store presentation is immaculate through effective visual merchandising practices.
  4. Proactively manage loss prevention, reducing stock shrinkage and maintaining a secure work environment.
  5. Demonstrate a duty of care by ensuring the work environment is safe, healthy, and fit for work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous retail/store leadership experience, with a proven track record in training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  • A warm, welcoming nature, with patience and a passion for creating a memorable service experience for customers.
  • A proven record of driving and exceeding KPIs, effective stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and learning, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
