Senior Retail Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee our top-performing stores in Canberra. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are stocked with the latest trends and seasonal requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in apparel and consultative sales, as well as a strong background in leadership and team development. You will mentor and coach teams in sales, style, and service, while developing store management teams in business analytics, performance management, and achieving sales and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to inspire and motivate teams to success, and have a flair for visual merchandising. They will also be able to tweak displays by demographics to capitalize on location and seasonal trends.
