Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Service Representative role at our retail outlet is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and are always welcome in our store.
This fast-paced job requires individuals who are skilled in multitasking, time management, and effective communication. You will be working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a team environment, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations. You should also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Be able to lift moderate to heavy loads and stand for long periods
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be willing to learn and take on new challenges
