E-Prescribing Chemotherapy Pharmacist Specialist

The role of this position is to support the development and implementation of chemotherapy protocols, electronic prescribing, dispensing, and drug administration using a medical oncology information system.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and test clinical decision support within the application.
- Provide application specialist support for ARIA Medical Oncology and offer training to staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to facilitate improved workflows across cancer services related to electronic prescribing.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in oncology information management systems and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
They must be able to design and develop clinical decision support that enhances patient care and improves treatment outcomes.
Experience working with healthcare professionals and communicating effectively is essential.
Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of chemotherapy protocols and electronic prescribing systems.
This position requires someone who can analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
