Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team in delivering specialist clinical pharmacy services to patients receiving treatment at medical oncology centres.

This role involves providing medication management, conducting clinical reviews of treatment orders, approving chemotherapy orders for preparation or supply, releasing aseptically prepared products, managing inventory, processing pharmacy invoices, and participating in multidisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our centre's governance activities through medication safety and Quality Use of Medicines initiatives.
